In Jefferson County, we have three communities located at the quaint, little town on Cape Vincent. We want you to enjoy your Spring, Summer, and Fall in Cape Vincent with us through our new "Rent-A-Camp" program. 

                                              

"Rent-A-Camp" is a program we have created to allow our customers the chance to enjoy the Thousand Islands region of Upstate New York. This region is a beautiful part of New York filled with something for everyone to do. Some of the activities are wineries, boating, sight-seeing, golfing, and fishing. The fishing on the St. Lawerence River has been ranked in the Top 10 Best Bass Lakes in the Country and Top 2 in the Northeast by Bassmaster. Cape Vincent is home of the gamey black bass. 



The program also allows our customer to rent BRAND NEW manufactured homes from year-to-year. The terms for Rent-A-Camp are simple. For $2999/down and for $499/month (twelve monthly payments) you can rent a new, furnished two bedroom, one bathroom manufactured home to enjoy your time. Off of the living room is a covered porch (not shown above) allowing you to sit back to enjoy your ice, cold beer and relax. Our season is from May to Columbus Day. 
             
These homes are located in our three communities in Cape Vincent. Each location offers something a little different. Vincent's Landing offers beautiful views of the mouth of Lake Ontario. Sit on the banks by a warm fire and watch the ships go by or watch the many different sunsets at night.  At Sunset Shores, the waterfront is right down to bedrock, allowing you to open up a lawn chair, find a book, and just wade in the water to cool down. River Wind MHC, our newest location, is a plateaued property that offers views for as far as the eye can see.
