   Rental Information

   All rental units include lot rent, sewer, garbage, and lawn care as part of the monthly fee. To move in, the first month’s rent and a security deposit are required, along with approval to move in.
   
   Application Process

   Applicants are subject to a background check, income verification, and credit check. Anyone 18 years or older living in the home must complete an application. You can find our application our application here.  Please give three business days for a response on applications.
